Bet399 may request documentary evidence of age, identity, or address at any time during the account lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the Bet399 platform. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited. Bet399 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts, and any found will be closed. Balances from duplicate accounts will not be transferred or refunded.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address or mobile number, and accurate date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date by contacting support if any details change.

Your account login credentials – username and password – are your responsibility to keep confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to use your account. Bet399 cannot be held responsible for losses that occur as a result of your credentials being shared or compromised unless you notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contact Bet399 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Do not use someone else's payment method to fund your account.

4. Deposits and Payments

Bet399 processes all deposits and transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Bet399 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Deposits are credited to your Bet399 balance once confirmed by the payment processor, which for most methods takes only a few minutes.

Bet399 does not accept deposits that are made for purposes other than genuine gaming activity. The platform must not be used as a payment processing or money transfer mechanism.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. If the original method is unavailable, Bet399 may request an alternative verified method in the account holder's name. Withdrawals are paid out in PKR only.

Before a withdrawal is approved, Bet399 may carry out identity and payment verification checks. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a recent bank statement, or a screenshot confirming ownership of the mobile wallet in use. These checks are standard procedure and help protect all account holders from fraud.

• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 24–72 hours of submission.
• Bet399 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of verification checks.
• Only funds from completed real-money wagers are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal screen at the time of request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bet399 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, and special event promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) or T20 internationals.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• System errors that result in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed will be corrected. Bets placed on erroneous odds may be voided at Bet399's discretion.
• Cricket, PSL, T20 and other sports markets are governed by the official rules of the relevant governing body wherever applicable.
• For casino games, slot machines, and fish games, the rules of each individual game apply. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are governed by the game provider.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet399 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and being permanently barred from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
